Biography:

Rabindra Karki was involved in various projects in his country Nepal. He worked as a Project coordinator at Mission Oxygen Team (MOT), Kathmandu, Nepal in a project funded by UNDP where he coordinated different workshops at different parts of the country for training on repair and maintenance of Biomedical Equipments to Biomedical Engineers. During 2019 COVID-19 pandemic he worked as a consultant Microbiologist for the Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal to establish a laboratory for COVID-19 testing in a hospital in Nepal where he supervised sixteen staffs.

His research experience spans from Cholera study in Hospital patients in Nepal to environmental study of Pseudomonas in a lake water in Germany. He has also some research experience on Stem cells, Tissue engineering, Cancer biology , Diabetes and Autophagy. He has laboratory research experience in different countries like: Germany, Sweden, USA and China.

 

Goal:

One of his major goals in life is to improve human health by making scientific discoveries.
